PARTNER WITH NEXA

Better connected.More clearly coordinated.

Help your clients understand care options in China, with clearer communication and service coordination.

NEXA is based in Hong Kong. We help partners clarify client needs, connect with medical resources for further assessment and coordinate agreed next steps. You do not need to manage a complex cross-border care journey alone or decide on a medical plan.

Needs we can discuss

Health assessment and screening

Clients exploring health assessments, screening or check-ups in China who need to clarify their needs and service options.

Specialist resources and care options

Clients with an identified concern who want to explore specialist resources, second opinions or care options in China.

Cross-border arrangements and handover

Clients considering travel for care who need document preparation, service arrangements, pre-departure support and information handover after returning home.

Whether a request can be accepted, who provides the services and the support available must be confirmed for the individual case.

You connect. We coordinate.

We welcome medical providers, physicians, health-service organisations, medical travel agencies and professionals supporting businesses, families or communities. You can seek support for clients or introduce local professional resources.

The partner

Identify genuine needs, accurately introduce NEXA and invite interested clients to enquire. Provide local communication and relationship support within the agreed scope. You do not need to store or interpret medical records.

NEXA

Clarify needs, coordinate with suitable institutions for assessment, organise service and cost information, and support communication, preparation and handover within the agreed scope.

The medical institution

Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendations and medical service delivery.

Patients choose whether to proceed and submit their own information and authorisations. Clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals.

Start with a specific need.

You do not need a large project to begin. We can discuss one clear client need or a small, well-defined pilot.

  1. Understand the need

Clarify the client’s question and whether further assessment is appropriate.

  2. Patient submits information

The patient enters NEXA Care to submit the consultation, necessary documents and authorisations.

  3. Assess acceptance

Relevant institutions assess the request. If it cannot be accepted, explain the limitations or a possible next step.

  4. Confirm, then decide

Clarify services, costs, responsibilities and communication. The client chooses whether to continue.

  5. Coordinate and hand over

Progress the agreed arrangements and confirm document handover and follow-up responsibilities.

What do we confirm before starting?

Service location and professional scope, language support that can actually be arranged, required documents, points of contact and each party’s responsibilities. Individual assessment and confirmed arrangements take precedence over this page.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us about your background, service market and the support you would like to offer or access. NEXA will review the enquiry and contact you if there is a suitable basis for further discussion.

Send partnership enquiry

This is an initial enquiry, not an approved partnership. No account is created at submission. Do not include patient records or personal health information.

Common questions

Can I contact you without a client planning to visit China?

Yes. Introduce your organisation, local resources or the service handover you would like to explore. Together we can assess whether there is a specific cooperation opportunity.

Do I need to send patient information?

No patient information belongs in this enquiry. For a specific case, the patient completes the required steps and authorisations in NEXA Care.

How are fees, remuneration and settlement agreed?

They are discussed according to the actual cooperation scope and confirmed in writing before work begins. An enquiry does not accept any unspecified fee or remuneration arrangement.

Who speaks with the client and records the referral source?

Before cooperation, agree communication arrangements, referral-source recording and each party’s responsibilities. Joint communication requires appropriate consent.

Can partners see patient records?

Partner accounts cannot view medical files, fees or private communications. Only limited process status is available after the patient explicitly authorises it; the patient can revoke access at any time.

Are appointments, visas or treatment results guaranteed?

No. Relevant medical institutions decide acceptance and clinical matters. The responsible authorities decide visas and entry.
